The Last Supper- Madeira Day 7

Visited a highly recommended Restaurant across the road from our Hotel tonight and we certainly weren't disappointed. I had the most famous Madeiran speciality - "Espetada" - skewered beef , flavoured with laurel leaves and then grilled over an open fire. It was most definitely the best meal of the week. Back to beans on toast tomorrow as we leave for home.
