Sticky Chicken Supper

After a long, busy Saturday back at work, and a minor set back on leaving work when a cast member had a panic attack, I finally arrived home to a heated house with a perfectly vacuumed hallway, romantic piano music playing and my slippers waiting for me.
Luke had prepared one of his signature dishes for supper, a Jamie Oliver recipe, sticky chicken. It smelled wonderful!
Today we bought a coffee grinder to use up the Starbucks Christmas blend beans and whilst the potatoes were added to the chicken Luke and I did some grinding ready for his breakfast in the morning.
Little back-rub and a hot-water bottle penciled in before bed, goodnight!
Today I am grateful for surprise treats when I least expect them. And for my first aid training!
