Worked, packed, bought flat shoes. My knee took a bit of a backward step with a lot of walking yesterday and today. Am now back to icing and elevating. At least it should get lots of rest in tomorrow's 12hour flight.

Afternoon treat watching the Lego movie. Very much enjoyed by all. Though possibly most by me and Lord Business Carlos.

Am not quite at excited stage yet. Am still at worrying about what I'm going to forget and not wanting to leave everyone stage. Excitement will come, I'm sure.

For now, The Voice and a cosy evening with my lovely family.
