Head Space

Exactly half way through my long run this morning the sun popped up over the horizon. The light was just gorgeous, the only sounds to be heard was the rustle of the wind and the singing of the birds. Never is my mind calmer and at peace than during a sunrise run. There is nothing better for my soul.
