Snow in Summer

This is what we woke up to this morning after a very wet day yesterday. This is taken from my terrace. Snow on the 1st March what is happening to the weather.
Great day picked up my Auckland visitors here for the book launch and took the touring around Sth Canterbury. Beautiful day and they loved that which I managed to cover in the few hours.
5pm the book launch started all went according to plan and was followed by a dinner. Tomorrow I have to be up at the church to cook breakfast for 60 by 7,30 am followed by church then shall put my visitors on a bus on the first stage of their journey back to Auckland. So will end an incredibly busy but very successful weekend.
The book certainly seems like it will touch the heartstrings of many. It is full of poetry and prose of heartrending stories of cancer . They mainly are stories of hope and courage under tough circumstances.
