The Vodafone debacle

The saga continues. Now more than 4 weeks without service and many hours wasted on live chat and the phone. Everyone there is a contradictory story, the latest was Wednesday when after more than an hour I was told a temporary fix would be in place by today.......guess what........nothing. First of all I was told we had a perfectly good 2G service in the area, that's a clever trick with no mast! It really does beggar belief, it's the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Customer compensation, contract ending etc. isn't consistent either. I really cannot wait until the day I have nothing more to do with them ever!
