Chiang Ria
Got up and left Chiang Mia to head for Chang Ria on a 4 hour bus trip costing £4. It was an easy journey and involved us watching a lot go breaking bad. We arrived and found a lovely guesthouse called "Chat House" where it's £8 for a double room.
We hired a scooter and headed out to the local market. There was fresh produce everywhere and I loved the fact that it wasn't busy. From there I drove to the night bazarre after asking a Tuk Tuk driver for directions much to his amusement.(I was right next to the sign). There were loads of clothes stand which of course Alison had to enter a few and touch everything on sale. The food part of the bizarre was incredible and I found something I hadn't tried before. It was called spicey soup and cost £2 for a massive portion. The difference was I cooked it myself in a pot that was brought to my table. I added the chicken, cabbage, noodles and egg when and if I wanted it. It was a nice little novelty and tasted amazing.
