Cooking class

I did not have time to think about last nights reindeer incident as we were getting picked up to go to cooking classes. A lovely woman called Aoy and her assistant Max picked us up at 9am and took us to the cooking studio. We were the only two in the class and our first task was to go to the market and buy all of our ingredients for our day of cooking. The class was great fun and we got to cook all the food we have enjoyed travelling Thailand like- Massaman curry, green curry, spring rolls, coconut chicken soup, pad Thai, and other great stuff. We had such a laugh with our hosts and I would recommend anyone to do this if you ever find yourself in Thailand.

After a great day of cooking we had a little rest before getting ready for the night market. We have been to so many night markets before but nothing the size of this. It was really big and they had closed off a whole street for the market. It was really good looking at all the home made goods and sampling some more Thai food. It became really busy at one point and so we headed for home to watch some Breaking Bad.
