Cashew Yoghurt with cherries

I had set aside some cashews, waiting for my next veg. box delivery to make a beetroot & choc cake. Well, there were plenty of parsnips - but no beets. Plan B was yoghurt.

I took the fast route and used a probiotic powder to get this going. 24 hrs later I have a good batch of tart fermented cream. So, here is this morning's breakfast. It would be equally good for dessert.

Just added some buckwheaties (sprouted & dehyrated buckwheat) and defrosted cherries.
