A little brightness......

An early shot from my garden and just as well as the day was cloudy, dark, cold and windy - felt like winter!

I increased the contrast and added a little brightness to make this little calendula smile.

And it was a day of smiling - our UK blippers sheilwill and willllwynbedw arrived today at my place as they near the end of their NZ escape. It was great catching up with them, lots of laughs, chatter and yes a walk round the garden with a cuppa in hand. But the weather was not good - my gazanias were all closed up and the wind made us shiver, it was not a time to linger for too long.
