Hampshire on a plate

This made me laugh this morning. A combination of wonderful Hampshire beef (those are bullock in the background, behind the alpha male) and a watercress bed. Actually, the watercress beds have been fairly devastated by this winter's floods, I hope the poor farmers can get them back into production for the spring. The shot was taken just outside Alresford, which grows some of the best watercress in the world and in May has a wonderful festival dedicated to it.

Now I have a meeting at the bank - happy days!
