The body has amazing capacity for healing. After surgery on Friday things are getting back to normal - not bad for a septuagenarian.

Hopefully home tomorrow, which will be better for everyone. It seems to hinge on whether D can negotiate the stairs to the physio's satisfaction - he's looking good for the challenge.
