OK I've been stuck to my iMac all day. I will never learn that 4,000 proofs is a tad too much from an event on Saturday, but I can't help myself, so I'll never learn.

Callum is currently doing chores at 25c a piece as he saves up for the extra $25 he needs for the Star Wars spaceship he saw at Disneyland. I wonder how long the excitement will last. Hmm..

Meanwhile, Reuben went to get his glasses mended after school due to a fall. He has no natural balance so he falls all the time. That says, despite no balance, he's learnt to run, walk down steps and enjoy life to the fullest. I never get the feeling that he feels he's missing out. I hope those feelings remain.

On the pic: this is an example of that quite amazing clarity from the 5D3. Astounding really. I have a love of portraits which are very true, very real, as if the person is present in front of you.
