Nagasaki Sara Udon
After you've had a few days on a cruise, eating yummy 3 or 4 course meals, you start to fancy something different. Lunch on Friday in the dining room had an asian dish, Nagasaki Sara Udon, basically noodles wok fried with shrimp, pork and chicken. It made a pleasant change. The ladies at the next table put parmesan all over theirs and then commented how strange it tasted!
