It's all about FUN!

It was Ben's last game of Fall Ball today. He [we] was so proud to get a base hit! The player on third got out, so he wasn't able to try for second base. They had some great plays - even two outs at home plate! They were even catching the ball! It was great seeing them grow as a team in just a few weeks. And it did wonders for them to win the last game!

At the end of the game, the boys run all around the bases. It does them good to get all their energy out. They piled up at the home plate! (Surprisingly, no children were injured in the picture above.) Ben went to school last year with several players on the other team. I found myself rooting for all the kids! (As it should be, really)

To celebrate, Ben chose to go to his favorite fast-food restaurant - Der Winerschnizel. [Ick] But he was a happy boy!
