A gift from Tom....

What more could a mother want?
Often after a busy day I get home and on my pillow is a feather, collected by my youngest son . I treasure each one. Today's is a Gunieafowl ... they live on the green belt at the river near my home. At full moon they 'sing/squawk' all night. It's a sound that I've grown up with but due to urbanization their habitat is being reduced and iam sad to see their numbers are hugely depleted .
