Looking up to Signal Hill...

The Cape Doctor ( south easter wind) was howling all day,and looking up to Signal Hill I pondered at this crane... Imagine the view across the bay from up there! Moreover, imagine what it's like when the wind blows. Home to very happy dogs and one small cat.
