Agate Safari with Chris

My son invited me to join him on an agate safari today.

We hiked a trail less traveled to an isolated beach much revered by rock hounds.

The location is spectacularly beautiful though the steep hike down to the beach is a bit daunting.

The prize for one’s efforts are agates in all shapes and sizes.

However the bag of precious stones cannot compare with the bounty of sharing an adventure with one’s son.
