Baking Day!

I spent a good part of today baking - firstly something for the Coffee and Conversation group at church tomorrow morning, and secondly our Christmas cake, the ingredients of which are pictured here. It brought back memories of when I was growing up and Mum would be making the Christmas cake - I'd always want a taste of the mix! I still do!
