I was meant to be meeting an ex colleague today for coffee, but last night as I thought about it, I started to panic, felt my chest getting sore and my heart was thumping. Ended up cutting. She knows nothing about what is going on and it was going to be difficult to not say anything . Ended up texting her to cancel.

So have spent the day lying in silence, my head is thumping and I can't be bothered with noise. I took my new anti depressant last night before going to bed as it works as a sedative as well. Knocked me out along with the diazepam and sleeping tablet. Have spent most of the day sleeping.
