Grafitti or Art ?

I passed this wall a couple of weeks ago only just started and I thought folk had been out with their spray paint through the night on the school wall. It was a couple of days later and I saw parents of the school painting it.
Don't know what it is meant to represent but in my opinion it is an eye sore. They would have been better giving the children of the school a paintbrush to create meaningful images; I love children's drawings.

Trip to the Dr this morning. I am back on two anti depressants; the extra one being good at helping with anxiety. He's seeing my cutting a bit of an issue, I don't. Back to see him next week.
I suppose the one good thing about going to the Dr was I spoke to someone today. It's been a wee while.
