Gourmets, gastronomy and refined taste
Japan is a leading country for fine dining which with 30 three starred restaurants is three more than France! The western Japan region by itself has 267 restaurants with a Michelin star rating! Whilst this little pizza place doesn't have a Michelin star it does get a special mention in the guide as a recommended restaurant that provides quality food with good value. This explains the fact that at 6:15pm on a Saturday evening there is already a queue outside! Sadly the woofer and I were mere passers-by on our early evening walk. This evening's gourmet delights only stretch to toast and baked beans… austerity has set in after recent excesses! Happy weekend Blippers :)
Gourmandism is an act of judgment, by which we prefer things which have a pleasant taste to those which lack this quality.
