A Shag on the beach

Very hot this morning 28 deg Celsius at 10am and then by lunch time the Norwest wind turned and in progressively got cooler. MrsPuff and I went down to the port nothing happening,Caroline Bay not a lot there either so we went out to Scarborough. I spied this Spotted or Blue Shag not sure which one it is on the stones recovering or resting it did not move much when I got close in. Today is the 3rd Anniversary of the Christchurch Earthquake that destroyed the city and claimed 180 lives and over 7000 injured. The Earthquake did not destroy the hearts of the people who love Christchurch. Tribute
