Blackberry Nip

I went for another WOG  (walk  jog) Mark and I are averaging 4 days a week and sometimes 5. I never realised how hard it was getting back into things. The hard part about the fat boys is we are both competitive and we have to hold each other back. The good signs of things happening is some minor loosening of my clothes albeit only minor, I feel better in myself. Part of our 7km circuit involved 17mins running this morning ( who knows there maybe another 59 minute 10 miler in there somewhere) I have been editing images for Ophelia's Mum and Dad whom I shot a family portrait for last week,quite pleased with the images so far. I cooked another Silverside this morning and we had silverside for lunch. I am practicing more with my new Speed light and shot this Blackberry Nip showing the results of the rain from last night. Tomorrow Marie will see the Surgeon again and should have the full Pathology of her Cancer a nervous time. Not sure what is happening but every now and again I think about what has happened and next thing all this water runs out of my eyes. When I was a young boy and went to Sunday School ( if you knew me now you wouldn't think I went) and had a favorite song  Count your Blessings. I certainly do now. Count your Blessings
