Goodbye

This was the start of my love of birds. My Dad's Observers Book of British Birds, and the drawings he used to do of them. I remember watching him, with my sister, and being fascinated by the different colours and shapes of these lovely creatures.

Dad passed away in hospital last night, with Mum and me at his side.

This seems like a fitting tribute to him.
