A Thousand a Day

Black-headed Gull

standing on the water at Killingworth lakes !

A bit dull today, but plenty of interest on the lakes. There were Canada Geese, Mute Swans, Coots, Moorhens, Mallards, Pochards, Shovelers, Tufted Ducks and Great Crested Grebes. I would have stayed out much longer had it not been a bit chilly, but then it would have been even harder to choose a blip :o)
