Rain delay

Lousy weather today caused delays throughout many of the AOG venues. Many of the spectators spent this time shopping for souvenirs (everyone is happy to wait in long lines to get fingerless mitts with the iconic Olympic Squirrel image on them.) The weather had no effect on Hockey so the stadium hosting that event was full to overflowing. Because of standing room only conditions, many AOG super fans opted to watch reruns of some of the highlights of these magnificent games. In a nod to the long and somewhat boozy history of the host country, the a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were delighted to stay in all day drinking vodka, snacking on wasabi ants and flamin' hot grasshopper legs.
