Happy Birthday, Dad!

My father is 70 years old today. So a little celebration is in order :) At family reunions we've been known to feast on spicy egg burritos and Bloody Mary's for breakfast. It's way past breakfast time now, but I'll enjoy the jalapeño-spiked cocktail anyway.

My brothers and I bought Dad an iPad air. With a keyboard cover. His predictable response "what am I going to do with this?" But he sent me an email from it this morning :) I don't think it will take him long to warm up to the device.

In other news, my chipmunk daughters are still anything but chipper. Faces badly swollen, gums in pain. How long will this last? We're on day 4.

I'm looking forward to February ending.
