Another Year Older....

...and what have I learnt?

Bugger-all apparently.

What I do know is that I'm not indestructible - as evidenced by my recent illness and I do know that I should be taking it a bit easier.

I think that my colleagues who gave me this card are trying to tell me something. Although I haven't quite worked out what yet.
Still, today I'm eating well - two cream cakes and a cheeseburger. So no problems on the horizon from that direction, then.
