Half-term swimming, and coffee

Swimming today - and 20-lengths completed at my favourite Edinburgh Pool before heading into work ...

... half-term week in Edinburgh just now, so managed to escape the Office for some coffee (thus the picture!) - and even made time for a family-visit to see my Parents for the second half of the day ;-)


Running tomorrow, swimming on Friday - then a weekend away - all as per the plan ...


... by the way - don't tell George Osborne or José Manuel Barroso that I have 'a plan' or they may declare it illegal ;-)
