Timeline

We were at a tourist spot in Gozo, the azure window an arch of rock carved out by the sea, and the inland sea a body of seawater inside the cliffs, filled by two passages also carved through the limestone by the sea. We took a boat trip of 15 minutes to go out through the cave passage to look at the azure window from the sea.

Inside the caves the colors at the waterline were intense pinks and oranges, but almost impossible to photograph with the low light and the up and down movement of the small boat. Still I think this makes a nice abstract and captures a bit the rapid movement of the boat and the sea.
