Gratitude, Reflection and Perception

Today I visited The Ley Community, the charity for whom I am fundraising by doing my China Walk! They are a therapeutic community confronting the problems caused by alcohol and drug dependence.

It's an amazing facility and quite honestly, walking a very long wall is the least I can do! People leave here with housing and a job. They leave here clean and as a member of the community. They leave here with a foundation to have a life....

This picture was on their wall and I loved using the reflection of the windows onto the glass frame to play with perception. #metaphor
