Vanishing Point

We went up onto a local area of moorland today, in the hope of seeing some mountain hares while they are still in their winter pelage. No joy there, but it was a very enjoyable walk with some outstanding views, and as we saw some Crossbills while we were still putting on our boots, that was a good result.
This track is called Dukes Road and follows Hurkling Edge before heading out towards Derwent Edge
