Didn't need to go into work but volunteered to help out with something. Immediately resented myself and everyone around me for it.
Left ASAP after a pep-talk with Alex, and rushed to catch Dan, Tom and Theo for what was probably under an hour... worth it though! De-stressed with a cocktail that Dan invented for me in Mishkin's, walked them to their MUN sign-in, and then rushed home to help mum with dinner before Tim and Gabbi arrived, making my house thoroughly Northern until about 00:35.
