We went swimming this morning. She swam in the learner pool for a while doing breast stroke practice, as she has an assessment on it on Wednesday. Her front crawl is getting super impressive. It started to get quite busy in the learner pool, so we moved into the big pool. She did 3 or 4 lengths of "proper" swimming, before we just enjoyed playing. As its half term, it was a public session rather than the usual lanes so we could have fun chasing, her jumping in more, just bobbing around in the deep end - lots of time just further cementing that the big pool is a fun pool too. She had great time. 90+minutes later I had to almost drag her out the pool!

She had a fun afternoon in nursery. There were only about 9 children in today so Steven let her prance, march and perform to her heart's content. When I arrived, she was sat on the floor with one of her friends sat on a chair being her teacher. They were following a story CD. Apparently Katie'd had them put three different ones on today and had done the teaching for the others. She went straight into her jammies when we got back, troughed a large bowl of scrambly eggs & was sound asleep by 630 again.
