IRIS Goddess Of The Rainbow.

The ancient Greeks personified the rainbow as the Goddess Iris, daughter of Thaumus and the Cloud Nymph Electra. She is represented as supplying the clouds with the water needed to make a rainbow and to deluge the world. I think she needs to spread her talents a little wider as she seems to be stuck in the poor old deluged UK lately !
