Curling

The excitement was palpable early today at the Stone Farm Stadium as the curling preliminary events got under way. The boisterous early morning crowd was enthusiastically cheering on their favorite teams when a ripple of shocked recognition spread through the stands. As had been rumored since the Opening Ceremony, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arrived to take their places among the world's curling fans. At least one young woman was carried off to the medical tent having fainted, presumably due to over excitement. Although several celebrities have made appearances here at the Alternative games, none has met a more resounding welcome than the TMNTs.
