After seeing the photos of the boys on FB I cannot wait to get to the UK next Monday.

Gym today, I am on track to lose the 4lb needed to get me to 140lb, in readiness for our cruise next month. Did 4k in 29 minutes on the treadmill, then did upper body weights, and abs work, dripping with sweat afterwards. It was interesting that I didn't really feel like going to the gym, but once there and after a quick warm up, I had a really good work out.

Tea tonight baked salmon with an onion, ginger, chilli and soy sauce dressing, new potatoes and carrots. Thanks Pedro, the sauce was lovely, I have enough left to have with my noodles for lunch tomorrow.
