Tree in the Sky

Having had an energetic morning in the sun capturing shots of herons, ducks, goldfinches, bluetits, and, of course, sparrows I have gone for this blip of the skeleton of tree against the blue sky. The sun is catching the branches rather well, I thought. The shore road to the Nature Reserve at St Cyrus was rather badly flooded this morning even though the roadside ditches had been cleared, but cars were going through the flooded parts so I followed suit! Safe but a bit terrifying!
