Fast Day

Taken on my afternoon "break" from a day of cooking for friends. This is on my cycle halfway down the hill from Carrickstone to the Forth & Clyde Canal. This is quite a hill (depicted is the flattest section!), and although great to cycle down, it's a fair trudge going in the opposite direction!

Anyway, with the legs well and truly stretched, it was back to the cooking and we had a great night in the company of good friends.
