It took me longer to buy the ingredients for this than it did to cook it. In particular, the recipe called for a quarter of a teaspoon of amchur powder. I found a large bag of amchoor powder (which seemed correct) at a "Continental Supermarket." A lifetime's supply for £0.59p.

It was delicious, even though I say so myself.
