End of the line
Last gasp image of the flowers from Gail's birthday basket from two weeks ago.
I didn't get chance to do any of them when they were in their prime so have just these just before they're dispatched to the recycling.
Its a 15 image focus stack again through Helicon remote and Focus. Lighting from the lounge window a mount card as background and two actin as reflectors. Quick tweak in PS to darken the background, and a curves adjustment. Slight sharpen in LR and a vignette added.
Going to be a quiet day - will hopefully get out an hour or two tomorrow after the wind has died down a little. Thankfully we have suffered no damage over the last few weeks - I know many have not been fortunate at all. The worst I've seen around here are some tiles blown off on house and the long section of fence brought down at the house next door - either side from my blip on 30th December. One of the owners was out when I walked the dog working out how he was going to extricate his 25 feet of broken down fence from the alleyway. I think we can count ourselves as very lucky that this is the extent of our local woes.
Hope your weekend goes blipping well.
