Valentine Family Day

We are not big celebrators of Valentine's Day and ended up exchanging chocolates earlier in the week... but today we decided to take the children to the 'Caboodle' play area at Dubai Mall for a treat. They do a fab twins discount and third child too :-) The little lambs all had loads of fun. It was cute to see Maple really getting into it. She was playing in the wooden play house, doing puzzles and playing with the kitchen toys. They all made sweet Valentine's cards with the Caboodle assistants and we dressed them up too. As you can see Bailee was rather happy about her duck choice, Oscar only kept his Spider Man costume on a few seconds and Maple was an adorable ladybird. Overall big thumbs up and Maple was absolutely shattered afterwards.

Oscar and Bailee chose fish and chips and the rest of us Burger fuel at the food court (I try to go for the least 'additive' fast food possible on the odd occasion we eat it). After that we went to Hamley's. We were trying not to buy them any more toys etc after Christmas until their birthday but Bailee ended up with a Mini Mouse Schleich toy and Oscar a play dough skidder....

Just realised I said the birthday word.... How on Earth can Oscar and Bailee be turning 4 in less than two months???? That also means that there are less than two months until my sister's wedding day! She is getting married to Tim the day after B and O's birthday.
