Valentine's Day
We thoroughly enjoyed Kindermusik today. We have changed our class to an earlier time and it is much quieter. I couldn't believe the difference in how well Oscar and Bailee participated today!
Bailee replied to the 'Hello song' singing "Hello Miss Amanda" for the first timeever rather than looking away and pointing at her brother! Oscar joined in with most of the actions. I learn new things about my kids all the time, and never thought of them as the least bit shy. I realised today that they aren't as extrovert as I believe. In the UK we went to busy classes all the time. The difference was that they had grown up with or known most of the children attending for a long time. In Kindermusik they only really know (And adore) two other class mates. It was great to see Bailee especially so proud of herself today!
Maple slept another whole night! I really can't believe it.... surely it is too good to be true! She slept 630pm to 7am (When I woke her up for the new routine). She had a happy day. I am scared to think this time next week she will have her casts on (Non surgical), all goes to plan.
Oh and the picture is of the twins enjoying spinach pancakes. One of my bestest buddies Bridget inspired me to make them again! We haven't done them for ages and this time Oscar and Bailee loved topping them themselves!
So nothing much about Valentine's day to share but I am lucky to spend my Valentine's with my husband of 9 years! We ended up ordering Lebanese in and watching "Katy Perry: Part of Me"
