Big Babe in Arms

Ethan was awake during the night, complaining of a sore head. He ended up in our bed with hubbie while I was relegated to the spare room.

He wasn't 100% this morning but did seem better. So I took him along to our dentist appointment where he behaved really well and let the dentist check his teeth without any bother.

Back in the car though and he looked miserable again, saying he really didn't feel well. We were supposed to be meeting a friend and her daughters at Butterfly World but Ethan asked if we could do it another day as he just wanted to go home.

So home we went. And what a tough afternoon it was. He was distressed, complaining of a sore head that calpol wasn't shifting, sleeping for 10 mins at a time, then waking and crying . He just wanted to have constant cuddles with me and really wasn't himself.

He did perk up briefly when Granny and Grandoa arrived but then flopped again and asked to go to bed just after 8pm. Poor wee thing.
