Camera shy

I sent off an application to join the local camera club today. As I enter year two of blipping, I thought it was about time I learned to take better images. There's a waiting list to join though, so I'll just have to keep messing around on my own for now.

I haven't been out of the house at all today. I was working from home, it's cold and wet outside and I've got a cold. As Iain is on holiday (half term already) I didn't even have to do the school run.

Iain made the mistake of coming upstairs to bug me what I hadn't taken my photo for the day. He's very unwilling to pose for the camera at the moment (unlike his big sister). I guess 14 is an awkward age, especially for boys. They seem to change so much, so fast. Every time I look at him, he seems a little bit taller. He did relent and start messing around for me, pulling faces and hiding behind his hoodie. I caught this in an unguarded moment, however.
