Chicken soup for the soul

Awful weather in Kerry and Cork. Well in Ireland generally. Stormy weather calls for hearty food so I made some. Put a whole chicken in a pot, add vegetables, herbs and chicken stock. Bring to boil, then simmer for 1.5hrs. Tear chicken apart and serve. Yum yum!
