Wild weather

It's been a wild day weather wise, rain and wind, what a horrible combination. I was on a training course with work today, it was about OT and chronic pain management. Fantastic OT trainer who works at the Walton centre. I managed to stay pretty focussed for most of the day, drifting off a bit only at the mention of the Glasgow coma scale and brain plasticity (a bit close to home). Rafi is shouting me now 'Muuuuuum', so I'll be off.
I'm really bad at night shots, but the clouds were whizzing past the moon and looked really dramatic (shame I haven't captured it!)
