Night view from the Friars' Bridge, Inverness, with the River Ness backed-up near the time of high tide.
This is the first my first Blip of this scene... in only one sense. The date. Uploading it four years to the day after it was taken, and after numerous other ones over those years, well it might be the fifth or higher uploaded Blip. Whatever, I do like the view when it's like this, and I'm aware other Blippers have noted it too. Possibly from this journal.
A quick snap late on at night, after being at the Canoe Club's (swimming) pool training session. Spied from the car on the way home. I stopped a distance away, and walked back. I do recall it being darned cold, even after those years.
