A day on site

Trust me to pick a day to go out on site when it was p**sing down of rain. It's not very often I go out on site but I must do it more often.

When I got to Northampton station today the new station building is comming along (pic). I think it will be really nice when it is finished.

When I got home tonight I watched the snowboarding half pipe and was shocked Shaun White didn't even get a medal. I've been down a few half pipes. When I say been down, I've gone up one transition, turned round then gone up the other transition, no jumps. I can honestly say its very very scary and dangerous and these guys make it look easy.

Tonight I ran 8.13km in 44mins 5seconds. That's the strongest I have felt running over the last 5weeks.
